This unit will allow you to carry a minimum of 400 hot, three sectional, homebound meals, 200 cold meals, as well as congregate delivery using hotel pans, if needed. The oven compartment can be equipped with custom oven racking to accommodate thirty-four 18" x 26" sheet pans or thirty full size hotel pans. The refrigeration compartment can be equipped with 6 removable refrigeration racks that will accommodate the cold portion of your homebound meal. The bottom portion of the compartment, without racks, can accommodate milk crates and dry good supplies.
The Stainless Steel Convection Holding Oven has a two-door access, pass-thru interior that is thermostatically controlled to maintain temperatures to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Heating is provided by a ceiling mounted blower system coupled with a series of integrated coils that originate from the vehicle's existing cooling system.
The Refrigeration compartment has a two-door access, pass-thru interior with an ABS liner. This compartment can be equipped with a refrigeration rack system which includes 6 Coated Racks and an ABS liner and drain. Drains are located in the floor of this compartment for easy cleaning. Cooling will be provided by an over-the-road refrigeration system with an engine mounted compressor, roof mounted condenser and a two-fan evaporator mounted in the compartment ceiling. System will thermostatically maintain temperatures of 34 degrees fahrenheit or lower, if desired.
Compartment temperatures are continually monitored with an under-the-dash mounted digital readout control panel.

The installation of a Hotshot does not affect the chassis warranty.
