The oven section will allow you to carry a minimum of 240
(three sectional aluminum meal tray) homebound meals as well as congreate
delivery using hotel pans, if so needed. The oven compartment is equipped
with rails to accommodate 15 hotel pans or 12 full size sheet pans and six
half size pans.
The refrigeration compartment is equippedwith 4 removable refrigeration racks
that will accommodate the cold portion of the homebound meal. The bottom portion
of the drivers side is left open to accommodate milk crates and dry good supplies.
The Stainless Steel Convection Holding Oven has a two-door access pass-thru interior that is thermostatically controlled to maintain temperatures to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Heating is provided by a ceiling mounted blower system coupled with a series of integrated coils that originate from the vehicle's existing cooling system. The interior dimensions are 28"W x 18.5"H x 69"D or 22 cubic feet.
The Refrigeration Compartment has a two-door access through interior with an FDA approved Gel Coat. The interior dimensions are 41"W x 33"H x 69"D or 54 cubic feet. Drains are located in the floor of this compartment for easy cleaning. Cooling will be provided by an over-the-road refrigeration system with an engine mounted compressor, roof mounted condenser and a high efficiency dual 10 inch fan evaporator mounted in the compartment ceiling. System will thermostatically maintain temperatures at 34 degrees Fahrenheit or
lower if desired.

The installation of a Hotshot does not affect the chassis warranty.
