The HotShot Lowboy can come in several configurations: all one temperature or divided into 70/30 or 30/70 of oven to refrigeration compartments. This unit will allow you to carry 104 hot meals in three section aluminum tray in six baskets. The refrigeration compartment has the capacity for cold compliments to the hot meals PLUS enough space to carry 104 cold meals with compliments for weekend and holiday meals.
The Stainless Steel Convection Holding Oven has a two-door access, pass-thru interior that is thermostatically controlled to maintain temperatures to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Heating is provided by a ceiling mounted blower system coupled with a series of integrated coils that originate from the vehicle's existing cooling system.
The Refrigeration Compartment has a two-door access, pass-thru interior with an FDA approved Gel Coat. This compartment can be equipped with Flat Racks and Catering Rails. Cooling is provided by a Cold Plate (requires 115VAC overnight plug in) with an optional Over-the-road Mechanical Refrigeration.
Compartment temperatures are continually monitored with an under-the-dash mounted digital readout control panel.

NEW IN 2005: There is a warranty to the original purchaser, that the product is free from defects in materials and factory workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of purchase and/or 24,000 miles, and only while in possession of the original owner.The truck manufacturer warranties the cab and chassis. The installation of a Hotshot does not affect the chassis warranty.
