The Supershot can come in several configurations with body sizes ranging from 12 feet to 14 feet. The shelving in this unit is custom designed to fit your specific needs with sheet and hotel pan capacities exceeding 36 hotel pans or 28 full sheet pans and 14 half size pans.
The Stainless Steel Convection Holding Oven is capable of multiple outside access doors, inside access doors, or full walk in capability for rolling carts. The oven unit is thermostatically controlled to maintain temperatures to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Heating is provided by a ceiling mounted blower system coupled with a series of integrated coils that originate from the vehicle's existing cooling system.
The Refrigeration Compartment size and access capability are limitless. Reach in doors and walk in doors from both the inside and outside allow versatility for our specific customer requirements. The interior has an FDA approved Gel Coat. Cooling is provided by Over-the-road Mechanical Refrigeration. Permanent shelving, wire racking and rolling carts with lockdown systems are just a few possibilities.
Compartment temperatures are continually monitored with a dash mounted digital readout control panel.

NEW IN 2005: There is a warranty to the original purchaser, that the product is free from defects in materials and factory workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of purchase and/or 24,000 miles, and only while in possession of the original owner.The truck manufacturer warranties the cab and chassis. The installation of a Hotshot does not affect the chassis warranty.
